2. Services

Nagercoil Tailoring Studio provides tailoring services including but not limited to:

  • Blouse stitching and alterations
  • Shirt and pant stitching
  • Saree fall and pico work
  • Bridal and function wear tailoring
  • General alterations and repairs

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted before work begins. Final prices depend on fabric type, design complexity, and other factors. Payment terms:

  • Advance payment may be required for large orders
  • Full payment due upon delivery
  • We accept cash and UPI payments

4. Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery times are provided when you place an order. These are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Current workload
  • Complexity of the order
  • Availability of materials
  • Urgent requests (subject to additional charges)

5. Fabric and Materials

Customers are responsible for providing fabric unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing defects in customer-provided fabric
  • Color fading or shrinkage of fabric
  • Damages caused by fabric quality issues

6. Alterations and Fittings

We offer trial fittings where applicable. Additional alterations after final delivery may incur extra charges.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Work that has already begun may not be eligible for full refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the tailoring service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
